3 Months Later

(After a night of hard rain and wind)
Mrs.Linde: Nora! Nora! Wake up!!!
Nora:(yawning) What happen?
Mrs.Linde:(with a grin) someone is here to see you at the door.
Nora: Who is it?
Mrs.Linde: I cant say, just get up hurry
Nora: Okay Okay sheesh...( Nora gets up and ties her hair and starts walking to the door.
Nora:(opens the door slowly) What are you doing here?
Helmer: (lively) I came to tell you a couple of things.
Nora:(Rudely) I have no time to hear things from strangers right now. What do you want and make it quick.
Helmer:(softly) Nora... I've change for the better. I know this means nothing now but ive change. I've change into a better man. A man who doesnt care about my apperance and more about how people are suppose to be treated. You were right about everything. I treated you like a doll and that was wrong. This is all not so you take me back or something, I just wanted to tell you this because i felt like I needed to.
Nora:(stuttering) I.. I.. I.. I dont know what to say Torvald. This is all unexpected.
Helmer: Dont say a thing. I just wanted to let you know I have changed.
Nora: Im sorry Torvald.
Helmer: Im happy I got to see you again. I tought I would never. Goodbye Nora. Take Care.
(Helmer walks down the stairs of the porch and heads to his car)
Nora: (softley) Goodbye

Nora: Wait! Torvald! Wait!
(Helmer gets out the car)
Helmer: What happen?

Nora: It happened...
Helmer: huh? What are you talking about.
Nora: You did change. I knew you could of change if you wanted. You no longer care about apperance and honour.
Helmer: what does this mean now Nora? (his heart beating 100mph)
Nora: Oh Torvald... Kiss me!
Helmer: Oh Nora! (he geta closer to her and kisses her)
Helmer: can we try to be something special again?
Nora: sounds great Torvald

Not bad. Not bad at all

Helmer firing Krogstad? Helmer thinks Krogstad is a type of a shady guy. Krogstad adressing his first name wasnt to respectful. Krogstad does need retribution from for black maling Nora. Nora needed a way to keep Helmer away from Krogstad so she asked Mrs.Linde for help. Mrs.Linde is a very kind lady. I would have help Nora. Her as a character shows she cares about her relationship with Torvald. Helmer is still treating Nora like hes higher authority.
Dr.Rank admitting his love for Nora? Thats not shocking to find out that he has strong feelings for Nora since he was always visited her house all the time. The reason why Nora admiring Dr.Rank was because she wanted to see if he could do her a favor and lend her money. Thats pretty slick that Nora was trying flirt with Dr.Rank to get what she wants. She thought about it and changed her mind because of what he had told her. If I was Nora I would have honestly took advantage of Dr.Rank and got the money I needed. At the end of act II Nora was going crazy and came up with commiting suicide. She is probably just stressed out. Im sure Nora will find away to save her marriage because she gets away with everything. I really wonder how this play will end. Its keeping me on the edge of my seat. I also wonder what is this Miricle???

And the drama begins!

This play is turning out to be pretty intresting. As we have read Nora is hiding a real big secret from Helmer. Helmer sees Nora as a trophy wife. I dont aprrecite how Helmer treats his wife Nora. I think Nora should be allowed to work and not just cooking, cleaning, and taking care of the children at home all day. Helmer is being sexist! Little does he know that Nora saved his life by getting money to cure him from his illness. Helmer would feel humiliated if he found out about this. I believe Nora did it for love. When it comes to love a certain lie can always be an exception like Nora's lie.
In addition Nora doesnt want to corrupt their marrige now becasue of this secret. 'Twenty, Thirty, Fourty oh thank you!' Nora once said shows that shes loves to have money in her hands. At the time she was determine to help her husband illness. She says it made her feel like a man. This means Nora never did something to help someone with money involve because she was told be Helmer that thats a mans job. Helmer reminds me of my uncle because my aunt is a stay home mom. She stays home and cooks and cleans all day. Thats must be a boring life. I bet Nora liked the feeling when she felt like a man. She probably felt that she can be high authority too. To wrap it up this play just gets more intresting. Hopefully it turns out worth reading.

First Post!

Henrik Ibsen was born in Skien, a town in the south of Norway. His father, Knud Ibsen, was a prosperous merchant, whose financial failure changed the family's social position. Ibesen always dreamed of being an artist just like his mother. He was born on March 20, 1828. As a poet and theater director he was considered the founding father of drama. Most of his plays were scandalous. Henrick is ranked as one of the best play writers in Europe.

The title "A Doll's House" seems to me as a very dramatic story. From the information I have researched on Henrick Ibesen te author I can figure that the play will be full of drama. Drama can always be fun and intresting. This play is absolutely going to be about a man and a women who go through obstacles to fight for their love for each other. While fighting for their love thats when the drama comes in. I see this as almost a Romeo and Juliet type play. I really hope I dont regret reading this play. Have a nice evening (:
